Carter Lee is known for his giving nature, passion, sense of humor, and overall joyous, magnetic personality. Carter is a professional speaker, published author, celebrity/film journalist, producer, show host, and ordained minister. His work has been featured on numerous outlets and he has spoken for many organizations and venues, including Apple’s Designer Weekly magazine, The Washington Times, ESPN Radio, The Inquisitr, Lone Star College, Schlumberger, and he headlined the Rio in Las Vegas as a keynote speaker for a special event. Originally from California, Carter would end up moving to the Washington D.C. area as a preteen. In his mid-twenties, Carter moved to Houston for a change of pace, and he has called Space City his home for over 17 years.
Carter grew up in a church-centered family, and as an adult, he became a youth leader in his church and participated in numerous missionary trips, including trips to St. Petersburg and Moscow, Russia. Through the years, Carter has transitioned to a more spiritual, non-denominational devotion and now embraces love and light through a variety of faiths and teachings. He can often be found reading religious text or philosophy, and he enjoys starting each day by meditating. He is constantly looking for opportunities to bring joy and happiness to other’s lives. Carter believes each day is a gift and to live it to the fullest, you must help others.
A hopeful romantic his entire life, when Carter Lee’s dad became ordained to officiate his niece’s wedding, Carter knew that he, too, would one day want to do the same for other couples. Carter married the love of his life, Larayne, in 2020. While it was always a desire of his to one day be a wedding officiant, his desire to help other soulmates unite in the special bond of marriage grew even greater once he married Larayne. To Carter, there is no partnership greater or more special than that of marriage, and to assist other couples in uniting in love and marriage is a dream come true for him.

When he isn’t performing wedding ceremonies, Carter loves spending time with his family and traveling. He and Larayne plan on adopting one day, but for now, they have their hands full with their curious and loving dog, Drax, and they enjoy taking him on adventures. Carter and Larayne often spend their days off with their family, watching a movie, traveling, exploring Houston, dancing, or cooking.
