Minister Paola Fernandez is a non-denomination minister in the San Antonio area.
Minister Paola Fernandez is an El Paso, Texas native who grew up with the city of Juarez, Chihuahua as a second home. Being raised at the border of two countries meant she had to be fluent in English and Spanish. She considers herself “bicultural” having developed a balanced view of life in America and Mexico. This experience allows her to seamlessly transition between both languages to deliver a flawless bilingual ceremony.
During her youth, Paola was raised in a Catholic household. Although she now considers herself non-denominational, she is familiar with – and understands the importance of – the faith in Latino culture. She is open to performing traditional rituals for those wanting to incorporate their faith.
Minister Fernandez was ordained by The Universal Life Church in 2016. She believes that love and respect are the keys to life and marriage. As a proud ally of the LGBTQ community, she welcomes all who share those same values with open arms and looks forward to uniting them in marriage.
Meet Minister Paola Fernandez
Minister Paola Fernandez received a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She now serves full-time as a community facilitator conducting resident outreach when drafting new urban developments.
When Paola isn’t hard at work, she enjoys staying active. She loves to hike, golf, and find new local eateries with her dog, Hagen.
