David Davila is a non-denominational ordained minister based in San Antonio, Texas.
David Davila is a Brownsville, Texas native who works as a mediator for a law firm in San Antonio. He helps individuals and businesses resolve issues and find common ground. He has a passion for creating solutions that benefit all parties involved. Recently, his youngest daughter was married and the ceremony was performed by a wedding officiant who did an incredible job. This moved him to seek a way to do the same for other couples!
Having a background in communication, he could think of no better way to give back to his community than by being a part of a couple’s journey into matrimony. In July of 2021, David took the first step by becoming ordained through the American Marriage Ministries.
He trained alongside Head Minister Reverend Rene Esparza and learned how to create and execute a flawless ceremony. Officiant David Davila is excited to meet engaged couples and work closely with them to draft a script that honors their love story.

Officiant Davila graduated in 1982 from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Political Science. He has been married for 35 years to his wife, Norma. Together they have two beautiful daughters and an amazing two-year-old grandson. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys cheering on The San Antonio Spurs and The Texas Longhorns.
