Officiant DeVonna Willis is a non-denominational ordained minister based in the Houston area.
DeVona Willis is a California native who has lived in 5 different states and 10 cities and has now planted roots in Houston, Texas. The exposure to so many different cultures, beliefs, religions, and orientations has made her open-minded and knowledgeable about many different types of ceremonies.
As a wedding planner, DeVonna has had to fill in for other wedding officiants who were not able to perform the ceremony and as a lover of love, DeVonna is more than happy to unite any 2 humans that are in love with each other in marriage.
As a wedding dress designer, hopeless romantic, and a servant for all things love she became ordained through Universal Life Church on January 30, 2019, to officiate her best friend’s wedding and became hooked to this new avenue to be included in a couple’s most special day.

When DeVonna is not officiating weddings, designing wedding dresses, and planning weddings she can usually be found at a park with her active 2-year-old son and fiance playing basketball, soccer, or football.

As a planner, if something goes wrong with decorations, the venue, or a service provider, I am more than happy to jump in to help alleviate the issue, and as a dress designer, if there are any last-minute issues, again, I am there and more than happy to help!“
