My name is Michael Clearman, a former pastor, and I’m the Founder of two fundraising and business consulting firms, Final Word Solutions and Triada Global Solutions. I currently live in Houston, TX.
My family goes back six generations in Texas and I was born into a big, loving family in Denton, TX. My parents taught my three brothers and me the true meaning of unconditional love, as well as to care for other people more than ourselves.
My first real job out of school was in the Oil & Gas business and I concluded my career as a VP of Sales & Marketing. In mid-career, I went to seminary and became a pastor. As a pastor, I was blessed to help many hurting families, including taking more than twenty foster children into our home. Later in life I became a professional Fundraising Consultant and traveled extensively teaching non-profits creative ways to raise resources. Along the way I was privileged to help a lot of great folks do their great work for humanity. My health required me to stop traveling so much, so my eldest son who works for Dignity Memorial in the Knoxville market, recommended I apply to work at this great company. I followed his advice and now have come full circle helping folks make easier decisions, as well as supporting them during the most difficult times in life.

My wedding performing history is as varied as my pastoral and business career. I have officiated wedding ceremonies from large, formal ones to quaint, informal ones in bare feet and shorts on the beach. And pretty much every imaginable wedding ceremony between those two examples. I was licensed and ordained in 1993 and have performed over 30 weddings since then.
