Minister Victor Saldaña Ramos is a native of Rio Verde, San Luis Potosi, Mexico. At the age of 18, he studied agricultural engineering at Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí but he discovered a different calling that changed his career path. For the following years, he studied religious philosophy at El Seminario Guadalupano y Josefino A.R and later went on to receive his Master’s Degree in theology from the University of San Fransisco.
While in seminary school, he found a passion for teaching and was able to implement it when he moved to Arizona in 1998. He served as the director of pastural counseling and faith formation at a Catholic parish.
During this time, his duties included couples counseling and premarital counseling for members of the church. His passion for helping individuals succeed in marriage turned him to the work of officiating.
In his free time, Victor has many hobbies from traveling and cooking to making pottery. He hopes to open a studio to display and teach his pottery techniques.

We had a small intimate ceremony and it was perfect! Everything went smooth and we couldn’t be any happier with our experience.
Our wedding was in Texas and we live in Florida and this was still a seamless process.
Highly recommend this team.
The ceremony went great and the service we had was impeccable. Had multiple people come up and say how much they loved the reading!
