Pastor Juan Manuel Ruiz strongly believes in God’s plan, design, and purpose of upholding marriage to a high standard. His personality and excellence in serving others have helped him develop an officiating style uniquely his own. He is very passionate about this work, demonstrating that he cares for the well being of couples from all walks of life. He provides them with a sense of direction and expectancy to what lies ahead in matrimony. He offers pre-marital counseling when and if desired before any couple commits to each other.
