Minister Ty Craighead
Minister Ty Craighead is a passionate 4th-grade math and science teacher who truly loves what he does! His diverse background includes roles as a special education paraprofessional, nanny, trivia host, and more. Each of these experiences has enriched his public speaking skills and allowed him to forge meaningful connections with those around him. With a degree in education, Minister Craighead has been teaching for approximately 6 years. He has successfully conducted computer science training sessions for around 75 adults and regularly speaks in front of our school’s student body of about 700 students.
His confidence in addressing large audiences and crafting wedding ceremony scripts sets him apart. Minister Ty excels in time management, assisting wedding planners in scheduling their events and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Ordained through the American Marriage Ministries on September 27th, 2022, he performed his first ceremony in December of 2023 and has embraced this calling wholeheartedly. Minister Ty believes he is an exceptional wedding officiant because of his strong public speaking abilities, his familiarity with the scriptures necessary for religious ceremonies, and his knack for keeping everyone organized without overwhelming them. His goal is to make the day as effortless as possible for both the bride and groom.

Meet Minister Ty Craighead
Minister Ty Craighead tied the knot with his beloved wife in the charming town of New Braunfels, Texas, in January 2020. Shortly after, they embarked on a new adventure, relocating to the breathtaking landscapes of Colorado. Together with their two dogs, Minister Ty and his wife reveled in the great outdoors, enjoying everything from hiking to skiing and all the exhilarating activities in between. In July 2023, they made the heartfelt decision to return to Texas, eager to start a family and be closer to their loved ones. Their joy multiplied when they welcomed their precious daughter into the world in September 2024.
Currently, Minister Ty’s wife is pursuing a second degree in nursing, balancing her studies with the joys of motherhood. Amidst the beautiful chaos of parenthood, the couple remains dedicated to their community. Minister Ty volunteers at local schools, igniting a passion for education and empowering students to reach their full potential. He firmly believes that every child deserves a nurturing environment to learn and thrive. This commitment to service also shines through in his role as a wedding officiant, where he crafts a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all couples, ensuring their special day is filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories.
