Currently, she serves as a Program Coordinator for the Dual Credit office at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas, where she passionately guides high school students in jumpstarting their college journeys. With over five years of experience in event planning, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, and a decade of public speaking expertise, Alissa is well-equipped to create unforgettable experiences. Her commitment to helping others shines through in both her personal and professional endeavors.

As a Precinct Chair for the Nueces County Democratic Party, she actively contributes to her community and is in the process of applying for the Leadership Corpus Christi program, which is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in the city.
