With over a decade of experience as a relationship and dating coach, Reverend Deseere Cruz brings a deep understanding of love, connection, and authenticity to every ceremony she officiates. Her background in emotional healing, communication, and trauma-informed coaching allows her to create celebrations that feel personal, intentional, and heartfelt.

Before officiating, Deseere’s career spanned luxury event planning, franchise development, and leadership at Nordstrom, where she helped launch the company’s first Wedding Suite. Her skill in crafting meaningful experiences—combined with her warmth, humor, and calm presence—helps couples feel supported and at ease on their special day.

Reverend Deseere Cruz was ordained by the Universal Life Church Monastery in March 2025. A proud mother, baseball enthusiast, and lover of themed gatherings, Deseere first discovered her calling when officiating a friend’s wedding. Today, she blends professionalism with heart, ensuring each ceremony reflects a couple’s unique story and vision. For her, love is more than a profession—it’s her life’s work.

Meet Officiant Deseere Cruz

Deseere is a proud mom to two teenage boys who share her love of sports, anime, video games, and fishing—though she admits the boys have the upper hand when it comes to gaming. Her home office is also the domain of two feline “co-workers”: Roger, a 20-pound Blue Russian, and his arch-nemesis, Kahlisee, a fluffy 15-pound Calico who is undeniably in charge. Both are loving, demanding, and always nearby, silently judging and waiting for treats.

As a woman of deep faith, Deseeré lives a life rooted in intentionality, connection, and spiritual alignment. She actively practices what she teaches—engaging in thoughtful conversations about faith, relationships, and how love shows up in everyday life.

She enjoys dressing up for Renaissance Fairs, hosting dinner parties, watching period dramas and sci-fi, and preparing farm-to-table meals for family and friends—creating meaningful experiences that bring people together.

At the core of her beliefs is a guiding principle she strives to embody daily: love one another. It remains both her greatest teacher and her highest standard.

In addition to officiating weddings, Deseeré also supports couples through pre-marital, marital, and relationship coaching—helping them build emotionally safe, aligned, and enduring partnerships grounded in truth, faith, and intentional love.
