After retiring from 30 years of government service in 2015, Orlando was ordained and started joining couples together. Orlando is happy to help you renew your commitment with vow renewals and performs wedding services for civil unions, religious, and non-religious ceremonies, military, and same-sex marriage. He will accompany you on the road to your wedding day with advice and help in writing vows, creating an atmosphere of welcome and love as he brings two families together.

When not officiating, Orlando teaches the firearm laws of Texas and the License to Carry course in Spanish or English. He is proud to help other veterans maneuver the sometimes complicated VA and DOD regulations. He enjoys traveling with family and watching sports with friends and family.
