Reverend Jef Johnson performed his first wedding in 1985 as a deacon on his road to priesthood. Since his first wedding and ordination to the Catholic priesthood he officiated hundreds of wedding, initially in the Catholic tradition in parishes around the country. Since leaving his clerical state, he continues to officiate weddings based in any number of religious traditions, non-religious ceremonies, same-sex weddings, etc. He has conducted weddings based in all the major Christian traditions as well as non-religious and civil ceremonies. It is his wedding ministry that gives joy to his life and makes him feel as though he is making a difference to people.
