Reverend Oscar Ochoa
Reverend Oscar Ochoa is a non-denominational minister in El Paso, Tx.
I am a humbled servant of our Lord and celebrate all walks of life and unions. Love is a tremendous force that has allowed me opportunities to serve my community as a Workforce Professional, Case Manager for Unaccompanied Minors from S. America, Afghanistan, and Ukraine. I currently serve and am called to Program Mgmt, Aiding & Assisting our military Veterans and uniting True Love’s forces in matrimony.
I became ordained in September 2022 for a couple of friends who wanted me for their ceremony. I found a calling and enjoy public speaking very much.
I found a charismatic humor and joy to share while performing the ceremony and am inspired and enlightened by the love I am gifted to be a part of.
Meet Reverend Oscar Ochoa
I have been married twice. I have an older first son, Julius almost 20 years old living and growing up in Alabama. My current wife, Michelle, saved me from eating sandwiches without fixings and condiments. She has taught me much although being 10 years younger. Our conversations are quirky. I was blessed with 2 more young sons, Tristan (almost 7) & Xion (almost 1 year) but had one called back home in 2018. My angel baby Matrix Cole. Life has had its hills and valleys. They’ve taught me a lot. Most importantly, they’ve brought me Love, and I look forward to sharing what I’ve found with you.
Reverend Oscar Ochoa
Corinthians 13 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. 8 Love never fails.
Despite all the ways Love is described, its 1st description is ‘patient’. Always remember patience. Good day, bad day, as days get boring or testing. Remember patience is Love.

Testimonials
See what other couples that have hired Texas Wedding Ministers have to say about their experience.
We had a small intimate ceremony and it was perfect! Everything went smooth and we couldn’t be any happier with our experience.
Our wedding was in Texas and we live in Florida and this was still a seamless process.
Highly recommend this team.
The ceremony went great and the service we had was impeccable. Had multiple people come up and say how much they loved the reading!
