I have always been drawn in the career-space, to projects that support people in need. After graduating from both social work and theology bachelors programs in 1999, I spent the next 10 years working in Philadelphia counseling children and families from diverse backgrounds. I specifically served as a group facilitator with parenting groups through much of that time. I moved to Houston in 2009, where I then served as a counselor on the local suicide/crisis hotline from then until 2022. Currently, I work with children in the immigration/asylumn process, with much of that being involved in trauma-response and resource supports.

While I have participated in many ministry efforts throughout my life, I began performing weddings in 2021, after my services were requested by a close friend.
