Meet The Couple

A relationship is stronger when lovers start off as friends and end up as lifetime partners. This is the case in Jorge and Meredith’s love story. The couple’s romance blossomed when they met at Texas State University. Jorge proposed to the love of his life underneath an oak tree at their favorite restaurant The Leaning Pear in Wimberly, Texas. Six years of friendship later, they found themselves planning their dream wedding amid a pandemic. Through the chaos and uncertainty, their love was celebrated in a memorable ceremony and reception.

The Ceremony

The ceremony was held at the beautiful Allen Farmhaus in New Braunfels, Texas. Meradith selected an elegant combination of colors that perfectly complimented the rustic chic architecture of the open-air chapel. The bridesmaids wore sage green dresses and were accompanied by groomsmen in stylish grey suits that made the ivory rose bouquets stand out in the gorgeous pictures captured by Dom and Ronye from Light Visuals Co. The personalized and meaningful ceremony was officiated by Reverend Jesse Ferraro

The Reception

After the ceremony, the couple and their guests enjoyed a reception filled with fun and unique details. DJ Frank Entertainment provided music that kept everyone dancing when they weren’t enjoying a hand-rolled cigar by Bobalu Cigar Co. or taking group pictures in the photobooth. The night ended with fire fountains lighting up the sky in honor of the newlyweds. The magical day was planned and coordinated by Alexandra Moreau of XO Moreau
